no specific entry criteria, except you need to make sure you can conform to the presentation system. I've got mine on dvd, and i imagine others will have powerpoint presentations of certain topics and there will probably be some rough 8mm.

Just make sure it is entertaining. flatwater should be kept to a minimum. uniqueness goes a long way.

It was brought to my attention that hometown throwdown is the same day as this scheduled film gathering. DOH.

I think the film festival will be rescheduled to allow for some editing time for those who were late on deciding to join up.

Don or Jeremy, if you read this ... OOO would also be a perfect host site for this event. Rendezvous might also be the only other alternative for date. The only problem is i will NOT be able to show.

It looks like I won't be able to host the event if it is rescheduled. Work will be full on after july. I may be able to send the video with someone else who would be attending 'vous if it actually happens.

Someone made the suggestion for a film festival at the Party after Surf and Turf, so I said that would be cool with me...We should combine our efforts to that end and have one helluva film fest, complete with campfire type music (i.e. guitars, etc...) and plenty of cold . We can show the films on the side of the store...
