I'm injured so if anyone needs an extra paddle, skirt, or helm let me know. I am coming to watch :(

I'd sure love to try boatball if a game happened in central Arkansas. I'm not looking to organize one, mind you, but I'd gladly show up, maybe even with an extra boat.

Thanks everyone for taking it easy on me. I had a good time.

Next week I'm out of town, but I'll be back for more abuse.

That was a good time yesterday for sure. Ryan, I have never seen anyone become so well aquainted with the bluff wall as you did yesterday. Way to hang in there and take that vicious defensive onslaught ! Hockey ain't got nuthin' on boatball. ha ha .

Yeah, I got a little more acquainted with the bluff than I had planed... from under water. :D

Yeah ryan, I saw that  I thought you were lookin' for the gooonch down there. I's worried a big ole bluffhuggin rivercat was gonna take a swipe at ya, in the middle of a couple of kayakers takin' a swipe at ya  You did good hanging in there !

I have decided that boatball is really helping me learn to balance myself even better from all of the decapitation aversion related paddle ducking, love taps, and wreckless ball chasers.

I know for sure that the next time that I have to duck under a tree across a sieved chute in front of a tall drop I will not be as anxious.

Afterall, getting smashed by the Giant, after barely missing getting smacked in the face with a paddle, and getting pinned in by a bluff on one side and boaters on the other is as close to a good beat down as you can get. Not bad for a game of boatball on some flat water !
