Just as a side note, The Little MO is not far from the tot. I have a birthday party for my old lady on saturday @ 5, but if the Upper is still running that is where I will be. The a** chewing would be worth the reward of paddling the upper.

i would definately be up for the little mo if it holds. Have done it on 5.5 and 6, so it would be really nice to catch it at a higher level and see how it is. if it doesn't hold, it definately looks like the tot will be running good.

My ex can't watch my girls and I don't want to leave them with my mom...so...I may just come up on Sunday. I'll watch the levels and post before I leave on Saturday.

Micah's soccer coach dosen't understand that paddling takes priority and he might have to come later Saturday.

Yo, Roman - I plan on being there sunday but It all depens on if I can get some pals to road trip with. Should't be much of a challange. Just hope the water holds.

Sweet! I just looked at the weather...it's no longer supposed to be raining on Saturday, so hopefully it gets hammered today! :P

Joe you were on the tot yesterday? I called you but you were probably already on the water, I had a 7:30- 9:20 class and we didn't get out of fay untill 10. Me and Jeremy still got to hit up bakers and the tot though so it was all good, oh and got to meet "suckerbill"
It could be worse, it could stop raining

Probably will hold. It's 4.27 now so should be in low 3's unless more rain hits.

Roman, Half Ton,

Just so you know, several of us have decided to stay in the area, so we'll be going Sunday pretty much regardless of level, targeting meeting at the Falls at about 10 (but watch for a posting from Lupe in case times change). What some people call too low, some of us call 3.fun. Would be happy to have either or both of you join us. Heather has even suckered in several first timers (she's like that), could be almost as much fun as baboon roping... :wink:

For those wondering what the levels might be a day or two from now, don't forget to read this thread and bookmark the links:
http://www.arkansascanoeclub.com/mb/vie ... =1&t=10901" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

(that puts it at about 3.5 as a best guess for Sunday mid-day)

It's looking like an excellent day for a first run...3.5ish, 60's, and maybe sunny! :drool:
