Great Customer Service w/ Shred Ready

I bought a Shred Ready Shaggy last April and love the way it fits. However, the HOG ratchet system has given me trouble for several months by not staying locked in place.

I called Shred Ready today, and they are sending out a replacement strap no questions asked and no request for proof of purchase. Looks like other s have had similar experiences as well http://www.forums.arkansascanoeclub.com ... hred+ready
