somthin runin into the piney just below bates bluff river right im no expert but it looks and smells like poop

Use the ADEQ site to file a complaint online or find the contact info for the local inspector if you think something doesn't look and/or smell right.

what camera are you using?

your video looks good and clear to me, I do not have a helmet cam yet, looking for good performance and reasonable cost.

gopro hero good quality but really bulky and heavy
