While Ouachita Outdoors sells new boats, I bet they can help you narrow the search about any used boats floating around that area.
Most 16-footers will have two seats (basic stern and bow placing). If you want a center seat, chances are you will need to buy one and install it. Some of the longer solo-touring boats are designed with a seat slightly behind the imaginary center of the boat length since this minimizes how far one has to extend over the gunwale to make a stroke.
This is a 19' tandem set up for solo touring and is only $3000!!!
