Rockport......good level today??

Rockport......good level today??

I have been paddling there for 9 years, but cant tell by the gauge if this level is a little low. 4000 right now i think

It is a great level. I wish I was in a better position to join you, but I think I can get a good enough workout in the ualr pool tomorrow from two till five

I usually go by the gauge height. I personally like anything between 5.5 and 8.5 I was there once at 9+ and it was a little too strong for me (one of the holes was too strong). The current level of 6.59 is definitely good.

Somewhere between 3600 and 4000 is normal, summer release level. Schedule said they were going to run at this level for a while.

there is not any whitewater around here to speak of and rockport is one of the few places to get a taste

reedo, 4 k is a good level like scott and others have said. I have no idea what it looks like since all the flooding recently, and am thinking about heading that way today myself I may see you out there.
