To all the folks who haven't volunteered lately at a roll session - think back to your feelings when you first got your roll - and now think how happy you could make someone who hasn't gotten there yet or who needs some refresher. Pass it on. Bring your kids. We never know how many will show up, but having too many volunteers has not been a problem. Heated pool lets you work on various moves you haven't tried yet or want to polish.

Come on out to the Jones center Saturday from 8:30AM to 11:000AM. I'm bringing some donut holes and will try to help as much as my neck permits. It's the last session for "this" year, although there will be 3 more in January and February 2010.

Remember to use the western entrance stairs that bring you down to the pool level on the outside.
