Super customer service: Sierra Designs
Had a 7-year old shell jacket that had lost its water repellent qualities. I'd tried several things to "restore" the finish to no avail. Sent it to Sierra Designs and they sent me back a brand spanking new Drizone Green jacket, retailing for around $150! That's customer service!
