LOT OF FALLEN TREES ON NOGO RUN OF ILLINOIS BAYOU

Post by CAPTAIN ALEVE » Sun Oct 25, 2009 3:53 pm

There have been several posts about this already; here's one more. BE CAREFUL! At just under 9 feet on Friday 10/23/09 we had time to assess each spot, but you better know how to eddy out fast. We walked at least once, banged my head going under a log once, and had some tense moments with intimite relations with a jam at one spot. We could have walked that spot easily and will next time. Once again, BE CAREFUL, paddle with a group who can help you if you need it.

The leaf color was the best I have seen in many years.
