Any suggestions on the best place to purchase quality gear (specifically paddle and dry top) at a good (lowest) price?

Thanks

Peak 1 was running some awesome deals on drytops and has really good reviews. See http://www.peakukus.com/c-2-paddling-jackets.aspx" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
One is $110 but has a neoprene neck seal. HD Deluxe has latex neck seal.

With that being said I try to buy from OOO
