Cadron Fri 1:30pm 9/18
Liz and I are planning an afternoon Cadron run (work commitments in the morning). We plan to meet at 12:30 to carpool from the Crystal Hill commuter lot in Little Rock off of I-40, assuming we have at least one other car to meet us at the take-out.
Please post if you want to join us! Since we need to know if we need to bring 2 cars, please post if you will be able to meet us there for shuttle.
1:30pm meeting time at Hwy 65 bridge
Cheers,
Heather

Sorry - 1:30 is the absolute earliest I can be there due to work.

How early DB? Maybe I can join both groups and do laps.

Planning on putting in at 65 or taking out there? I have run lower (below 65) before.....would love to see the upper part.

Is anyone going to do the upper section today? Depending on time I would be interested and can help with shuttle, car pool, etc

Hey Mark,
The section we're doing is what we refer to as "the usual" section. We don't usually denote it as the "upper" because the Cadron is a long river and there is an upper section you can do that is above our usual 5 mile-run that takes out at Hwy 65 bridge. Hope I didn't confuse you!
We're putting in above Hwy 65. Hope you join us under the bridge at 1:30.

Liz,
I plan to be at/under the 65 bridge at 1:30. How long of a trip is it? Class II or III at 5'?......Just want to make sure I can handle it OK.

It's 5-6 miles. I've not done it quite this high before, but I don't think you'll have a problem. It's just a guess, but I can't see it being Class III, it's just that the water will be faster. Should take 3-4 hours once we get on the river.

Any chance some may run Cadron Sunday afternoon when most of Vous time is done. Gary and I would like to run it if group is going then.
