Foam

Post by Charlie Ford » Mon Aug 24, 2009 12:59 pm

The factory foam that came with my boat came unglued and blew off on the interstate. I was wondering if it is possible to buy replacement foam that is already cut or would i have to cut some? If so would I have to buy it through the manufacturer or go somebody like OOO? Any help is greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Charlie Ford

I wouldn't doubt that the OOO has the piece you need, probably just buy it from them. I would give Jeremy at the OOO a call, tell him what you need, and see what he says (501)767-1373.

Even if you have to cut it, it's pretty easy, and contact cement is pretty easy to use as well.

I don't know where you're at, Charlie, but the Pack Rat in Fayetteville had some 12" x 48" x 3" pieces in stock just the other day. I bought one to build up the bulkhead in my Diesel. Their number is on the ACC Commercial Members page.
