And if so, what time do you think it will be up? I know it usually takes about 2 hours after they release, but is that also 2 hours from when you see the gauge going up on the river level pages?

It is on now! Yes, if you can figure out what the time line is for the release, expect it to take a couple plus to not just get to the ledge but for the pool below to fill that helps create the dimensions we play. It should be full on right now!
