Coogan and I are in for HS Creek, which is up and should be running for several hours. We were thinking of meeting anyone else at the old K-Mart parking lot by 10am and heading down to HS. His truck is in the shop so we'll need someone else to make the trip a go.

No, it's too low now, and does not stay up very long. If we get some good rain over HS, it may be up again.
