How do I find out if Remmel Dam will be generating....

Does anybody know the website or phone number to find out if/when Remmel Dam will be releasing water for planning purposes? All I can find is historical and real-time data.

We want to kayak down to Rockport tomorrow, and want to make sure they'll be releasing water when we are there....
