Thanks for the update Heather. Fifteen years is a long time to bond with someone and I can appreciate how much joy she's brought into your life. She sounds like he's been a wonderful companion. I know you'll treasure the remaining time you have together.

That's awesome that Pancho did so well through all the problems she's had as of late. I am really sorry to hear the diagnosis, but I know the remaining time you have will be that much more precious now. I hope she defies the odds again, and outlives the expectations. We should all strive to be the kind of people our dogs think we are. :)

Heather, great that you went for a second opinion and great to know she made it through the surgery so well. Sounds like she's beating the odds by a good margin, so I hope that continues for a long time. I know each day forward will continue to be special for both of you. Paco aka Frank Roland

Heather, when I called you yesterday about pool session, didn't realize you were going through a lot with Pancho with the surgery. I knew he was having surgery and didn't realize the rest til Debbie told me last night. I am truly glad he is looking better and hope he heals up very soon. I believe in miracles!!!

Heather,
I'm sorry to hear Pancho's diagnosis, but I'm so glad you got a second opinion and the surgery was successful. I know you will treasure your time with her as you always have. Pancho is a lucky dog--lucky to have you and lucky to have survived all she has been through. Hopefully her luck will hold. I'll say a prayer for you two and wish you all the best for a long time to come.
Marlo
