canoe seats - what's better

Post by rockbeaverfork » Tue May 19, 2009 2:32 pm

Hey all,

I have an OT tripper with the standard flat plastic bench seats. I'm wanting something more comfortable...should I go with something like the sitbacker or should I replace them with some sort of webbing-based seat?

what do ya'll think?

I think you can get a couple of sitbackers for not a whole lot more than you can put in new seats. Plus no install time. It is another piece of gear to store and keep track of though.

Bass Pro has some sitbacker style on sale right now. Saw them in the flyer the other day.
