We are newbies. Strictly rec., NOT hardcore floaters. We are on a budget and these seem to be a good deal for the money. I'll probably be buying 3. Anyone got any pros and cons on these. Just looking for something to keep us dry on the river not in it. Also could use input on splash pants. Again, same criteria.
Thanks in advance for your help.

I started out in one. Don't exspect to stay dry for very long. Go through a rapid and water comes in at the neck and wrists. 2 cents.
One of these days we will be able to run the Cadron without seeing a tire.

Dont swim and you should be fine. I use mine when it is to warm for a dry top. It is great as long as you dont submerge yourself.

Re: NRS Endurance Paddle Jacket
Not plannin' on a swim, but who ever is? We won't be on anything bigger than Class II and just need something to protect us from spray, paddle drip, and the occaisional wave that finds us. We live too far away (from the WW scene) to be the hardcore water chaser type. Need info on breathable paddle jackets and pants that won't kill my checkbook buying 3 sets (self, wife & 12 y.o. daughter-who's still growing). Thanks guys, hope to get some more input form other floaters.
