Timmeh, see you at 11:00 a.m. at the take-out? Be there or be square. Deal?

I was trying to bait Timmeh into being one hour early. Right now, it's noon. Until he delcares other-wise. Dood may still be sleeping in!

Looking at the rain in OK and wondering if its going to hold together. If so it may be better to get a little earlier start. Grant you an hour is not that big of a deal.

Marc and I are planning to be there around noon. That is, if we can find the upper bridge. I have always followed other people in, but am pretty sure that I can find it. If the time changes, will someone post by 10:00 A.M. That is when we plan to leave. Thanks.

Think there's enough rain for a good run on the nogo?

We're beggin' off. The prospect of being out in the rain all day's not too appealing to the boy and I'm not going to push and make what should be fun not too fun. Next time.

Did anyone show up and run the snow creek section? I thought about it, then fixed omelets for da kids and mom after the rains came down. I figured I could go another day when it's warmer.

T, now that's why we like you so much....wisdom, judgement, etc. Jay was still sacked out when we needed to be loading up, didn't have the heart to wake him up to go paddle in an all-day rain. We too cooked a big breakfast and loafed around the house. Good Mom's day all around.

We had a great run. :D It was raining on us at the beginning, but gradually stopped and gave us a break. We just did one run. There seemed to be plenty of water for the kayaks with us, but it was getting a little bony for the old Caption running tandem. Hit a few rocks here and there. We had a great time paddling with Roger, Andy and Nick. We shuttled Andy and Nick back up and got their truck back down to the take-out and took off. We really have fun on that run. Hoping it will be back up again soon.

Wouldn't know, but there's the usual suspects probably. Will post a link to pics later tonight. Did not shoot any pics of the existing wood in the way.

Did see a black bear on the shuttle road as we were setting first shuttle!!! Big one from the looks of it!!!!
