Heath- BIG THANKS for catching me on the TOT

Post by sugarmtngal » Sun Apr 19, 2009 10:36 pm

First weekend on theTOT- The river was a bit low on Saturday and Sunday it did pick up as Fish predicted! I swam on the Esses thinking I was doomed; and there behind an eddy; HEATH reached out with his hand and stopped my speedy decent downward! :?
Thank you so much Heath!
It was a good two days on the Tot - THANKS to 'Navigator' Fish, 'Driver' Kurt, and 'Co-pilot' Zach for a memorable time and showing me the lines. If only the TOT was closer to NW Arkansas.

Congrats on your first run! I wish I could have been there! It could be worse...the Tot could be the closest river to you at a mere 7 hours away! :P

I feel your pain. Imagine living in the middle of nowhere, Mississippi and loving whitewater paddling. Our closest WW paddle is about 5 hours away in Alabama. Looking forward to coming to WW school in a couple weeks. See ya guys there....
