The precipitation total radar sites I use say Montgomery County got the most rain so it looks like the Little Mo (Class II+) will be the place to paddle Sunday. If the Cossatot is running above 4.5, then the upper, upper Class II+ sections will be an option. I didn't see any precip on the Salado watershed; the South Fourche La Fave (Class II) will probably also be running and be one more option. I expect the Little Mo will be the only choice. I'm planning to be at the commuter lot at I-630 and Shackleford road at 7:30 a.m. ready to roll. I'll check the gages in the morning and post before 6:30 a.m. to finalize the plan. I have one paddler committed to join me already; sure could use some more.

Mike,
What do you think about the Cadron, what it may do by tomorrow. I would love to paddle tomorrow closer to home. Not sure I am up for the Little Mo. tomorrow. Have paddled the section with Meeks Falls once.

Re: LITTLE MO OR UPPER TOT SUNDAY 4/19/09
Looks like the Little Missouri from Highway 84 down to road 12000 (Class II-II+, 9 miles long) has good water, 4.41 feet on the gage at 4:45 a.m. I plan to head for the Highway 84 bridge 4 miles west of Langley to unload. Will be leaving the commuter lot on Shackleford Road in Little Rock around 7:30 and should be at the 84 bridge by about 10:00 a.m. Still need more paddlers; three of us so far. Post here or call if you can make it. My cell 5016812314.
