Friday Paddling (4/10)

Post by RomanLA » Thu Apr 09, 2009 7:44 am

I plan on being somewhere in time for an early afternoon run tomorrow. I should be going through Monroe around 8am, so I'll make a call on whether I'm going north or west around then. If anyone wants to paddle something (class II/III), give me a call or leave a message here.

p.s. I can read the forums on my cell, but won't be able to post.

Roman, Where do you plan on paddling this weekend (saturday and sunday)? I know it's hard to call right now, but if the tot is not running do you know where you guys will be? Thanks

I'll probably be somewhere along I-40...Cadron, Big Piney, Mulberry.

Roman, which of those rivers are most like the tot? are they more difficult or not as difficult. i am kind of leaning towards the tot this weekend. looks like the rain Gods are going to be good to us! :) unless one of the I40 rivers is better?

They're different style rivers and easier than the Tot. They have sections that are runnable now though, so they're my backup plan.
