Well, it was at 7 stones today (Saturday) at the rest stop and I chickened out - more water than I could handle. Thanks to Nic for some instruction on gentler water today on the Polk Bayou. But Paddlebug from Bald Knob says it'll be down to a resonable level Sunday - so - Camp Tokohtah - 12:30 - call me at 870-698-0119 in AM Sunday if interested. Looks like Matt and I will be departing down the creek from Camp Takohtah (sp?) at 12:30 pm.

Hey David. I'm up for doing the salado today. I didn't feel like making the 3+ hr drive to richland since i need to be back fairly early this evening. I was thinking of being at the rest area b/t 12 and 12:30 so we could leave a vehicle at the takeout. I'll give you a call before i head op that way and see if ya'll still planning on heading down to the creek around 12:30.
