That's a still experimental browser-based version. I can't find my old post about the desktop version and how to set it all up... Seems it was before a year ago and it got the axe in the last purge. :)
Does anyone have my instructions on how to set this all up in Google Earth? I know the key things are here:

Load that data into Google Earth.
Then go here:
http://www.srh.noaa.gov/ridge/kmzgenerator.php" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
and generate the kmz file for Arkansas radar data that you want to overlay.
My other instructions were much better. If anyone can post them, please do so.
