Buffalo Flows Documentary - Fort Smith this Thursday (3/19)

The Buffalo Flows: The Story of Our First National River, will be shown in the Community Room of the Fort Smith Public Library on Thursday, March 19th at 7 PM. The Documentary, produced by University of Arkansas journalism professor Larry Foley, examines the historical fight to save the Buffalo and the river’s heritage today. The film is narrated by Academy Award-winner Ray McKinnon, and features the photography of Trey Marley. Writer/producer Larry Foley will be on hand to answer questions about the film. The event is free and open to the public and is co-sponsored by the River Valley Chapter of the Arkansas Canoe Club and the Fort Smith Public Library.
