I am going out there in a few days...don't know if I will stay out there for over two weeks, but who knows.

Went last year and there was plenty of water, and plenty of ice too.

I'm hoping to get over there, but school will determine as much as anything else right now. I am planning on it tentatively though.

Hey guys if ya'll get the chance and some water try to check out South Sauty Creek...it is another one of those Lake Guntersville creeks (Town, Short, Sauty, Scirum, etc), and from everything we gathered it is a lot higher quality then Short Creek (just doesn't have the super clean waterfall). It is longer, has more rapids, better quality rapids overall, no lake paddle out, plus the take out is really chill.

I am definitely considering staying out there with the number of paddlers from this part of the world talking about going...just gonna wait and see levels and weather.
