UALR POOL SESSIONS 2-25 & 2-28

Post by JTarver » Tue Feb 24, 2009 7:30 am

WEDNESDAY 2-25 ON SCHEDULE.
SATURDAY 2-28 - CLOSED DUE TO SWIM MEETS
And all this life we've glorified
Robbin' from the blind
It's not easy, you see
Don't think i don't know sympathy
My victims in my shadow
Starin' back at me

The sessions are 6 to 8, and unfortunately, tonight is also our Central Chapter meeting (due to a scheduling conflict), so most of us are either only going to the pool for about an hour, or are just skipping it altogether to head straight to the Oyster Bar.

I hope maybe you all will still make the drive and maybe just come to the Oyster Bar on Markham tonight so you can meet a bunch of the club members. I really enjoyed the Salado the one time I ran it, so I'll boat with you for sure sometime in the future!!!

PS - if you do go to the pool (or if anyone else is going tonight), please help make sure everyone is out by 8pm...that's out of the building by 8, not out of the pool. We ran late last time and sort of made a promise to the lifeguard to do better next time (not realizing next time was going to be an odd night due to the club meeting).

Hope to see you at the Oyster Bar tonight!!!!
I've heard that into every life a little of it must fall,
but you'll never catch me complaining about too much of that southern rain.

Hey, thanks for letting me know as I was going to head out there tomorrow afternoon. I won't be able to paddle this weekend because I have my son, but I've got to get on some water next weekend. Do you have any trips planned?
