OT: Bacon Explosion

Do yoga, ride bikes, run, work in the woods - still look like a chunk and have high cholesterol. Do you think my interest in recipes like the one linked above have anything to do with it?

Hey Roman, I'm thinking use andouille and put one of these bad boys in a bun with sauce at Darrell's and you'd have something!

Add some taters, onion, & carrots underneath one in a Dutch Oven & you might just have an Entre winner in the next DO Cookoff at Rendezvous!! Of course, depending on your taste, you might also enter it under the Desert catagory!!

There's a restaurant by my house that makes a Frisco Burger with the same sauce. All of the waitresses are hot college girls that wear short shorts year round. It makes for a good meal. :lol:

My son showed me this recipe and we did one last weekend on my big green egg. Not bad not sure I would make it again pretty easy to pull together cooked and hour per inch of roll. Came out just about right.
