Have Several Guys Interested in Canoeing....

I have several newbies... interested... (7)... or more in canoeing and we are gonna be on the Mulberry March 21st..Saturday.... I believe....any advise on how to make some extra fun..not sure if I wanna take them up on the headwaters of the Mulberry...? I think the Mulberry will get them going but who knows??!! I know..always depends on water level and temp...just looking for some ideas. Wanna take them on the Big Piney later..they are really pumped up and ready to have fun!
