I started with cajunQ a looong time ago, cuz yes I was privacyophobic. Used to read much about be careful what you put on the web. After time I changed it to Clif... which is often taken on message boards, after "hiding behind a pseudo" discussions popped up on the board. I see your point.
And I 'spose I see how it would be easy to confuse me with the other clif on here that is from Bee Branch and vocal about his faith and commitment to God.
Now.. what's confusin' is them couples that post under each others names. You know who you are.

my name is inigo montoya. You killed my father. prepare to die.
Thats funny right there. If you have an arch nemesis with six fingers who paddles an open boat, I'll really have to climb right up the cliffs of insanity and battle some ROUS's to keep myself from keeling over laughing....
Joe...I'm gonna start calling Richard....Lupe now. Thats awesome.

While we're on the subject of the Message Board, I'd like to add one note of message board etiquette. When posting new subjects, it is good netiquette to be descriptive about your post in the subject line. So when you’re scrolling through the message board and you see a subject like “Exciting”, “Announcement”, or any other link that doesn’t have a true description of the post you won't need to view it. Sometimes you only have a limited amount of time on the net and when you have to wait for a page to load up and then you read something that is totally non-related to you, you kind of want your two minutes back; but I haven’t found a link that will refund those yet…

Hi Gordon,
I do understand where you stand, however, it is fun discovering who is who when we sit around the campfire or meet up with others on the Rivers! It will be boring if the handles are taken away! My handle is sugarmtngal because I live on Sugarmtn Rd; not cause i'm sugar! he he he he

Dang I started something again. I was not trying to suggest that we take anything away. I'm just saying I'm too damn lazy to try to remember who is who or try to click around and determine who you are. I just find it irritating that I don't know who people are here. And yes I got to get out on the river more!! This seems to be a major problem for me these days!!
The good news is I've now identified Lupe, Kayakn and Eubie. Still trying to figure out the rest of you goobers!!
And no I've never been stalked....... That's a shock huh!!

If Painterbob is a rasinette, I'm a prune
In 1981 I woke up in a hospital after thinking I was dead. On the door where the names were usually posted, It said "Shark Attack" my friends have called me that every since then.

Buttload - can we rename the subject of this thread? Don't you think

works better?

I completely agree with Gordon on using your real name. I belong to another club in another sport and they require all users to utilize their real name and I really like that policy.
I would encourage the Board of Directors to consider adopting the policy and would support it for the benefit of the club's on-line image.
