By the way, has anyone seen my bone?
Now that is the sign of a great party!!!!
Fighting for peace........
Isn't that like screaming for quiet?

As one of the 'eighties ladies' and a newbie to the entire experience . . . I must say that I had a great time! The food was great, the blow logs were AMAZING (thanks to Ryan's dad Rodney for 'protecting' me) and I enjoyed meeting a great bunch of people! I am looking forward to more fun with you guys in the future! I have a few pictures and I will try and get them posted! After reading about the breakfast I am sorry that I missed it!

P.S. I will confirm that Shannon rocked first place with her amazing costume, but Beeker was my vote for second place hands down (or up crying 'mee, mee, mee , mee)!!

P.S.S. I had the bone at one point during the night . . but I am positive I returned it to it's owner!! ;-)

Thank you everyone for a memorable first Halloween party and pyrotechnics display(Ryan Rules!)! In addition to blowing things up, I think one of my favorite moments was all the girls dancing with the twins and introducing them to the joys of Madonna! The costumes were wonderful, especially Olivia and Abigail's-the adult's were great, but who can compete with cute kids?! I'll try to post pictures later, but I believe the video of the blow log is currently on the way to the Grand Canyon with Mr. Burroughs so I will have to defer to someone else in the video department! Thanks to everyone for all their work in making it a really fun party(especially Fish and Eric for providing the food and cooking it!), and for the clean up afterward! I'll make German pancakes for you all anytime! And Ryan, I need your Sarah's cookie recipe, those were amazing!

Here's video of the first blow log going to pieces. Listen for Stevedog to be hollering at his firecracker-happy dog, Ponca, to get back and then the dog comes running away at the end... thankfully:

Thanks Fish for getting pics and video up! I've been laid up since yesterday with a little bout of pneumonia(apparently having my wonderful husband gone is bad for my health) and haven't had a chance to download mine.

Stephanie,

Sorry to hear the bugs have laid you low! If you need anything, just holler at me or Ryan and we'll make a delivery.

Get well soon,
Fish

Thank you guys so much for your offer of aid............fortunately as a mom, I'm super tough....I think it's an well known fact that Mom's get one sick day at most! Plus, they gave me enough medication to take down a rhino! I've learned my lesson though, stay close to the blow log for warmth....only flee from it's coziness when Ryan is putting something explosive in!

Steph
