Anyone headed to Dallas soon?

Post by julian537 » Sun Sep 21, 2008 9:44 pm

I had the misfortune of leaving my paddle and a buddies on the shore at rockport ledge. Luckily some great boaters picked them up for me.
I was wondering if anyone is coming to Dallas or Ft worth any time soon. If so, would you mind bringing my paddles with you?

thanks in advance.

and thanks again to Kyle and Tracy for getting my paddles.

My boyfriend and I are heading to Arlington on October 11th.

But we are in NWA and I assume the paddles are in central Arkansas so I don't know if we would be of any help to you or not. If we can, let me know.

I guess it would help if I knew exactly where my paddles were in AR???
I will find out, and update my post.

I live in Little Rock, and I'll be driving to Dallas for work the week of Oct. 6th. PM me if I can be of assistance.

Rick - are you going to the central chapter meeting? I have the paddles and can hand them off then. Otherwise, I work downtown and could meet you - just let me know. Renee

Way to go Julian, leave your paddles at rockport and make all the Ark folks have to do all kinds of stuff to bring them back to you. Not making us Texans look so good... :hammer:

It is nice to see that people still care about other people. If if wasn't for that, my paddles would of been lost or stolen.

you know I would do the same for them, for that matter, I might even do the same for you!

Jes messin with ya, main. Yes and you are lucky that what you lost was a paddle at rockport. If you would have lost a gun in West Dallas the outcome would have been a whole lot different. And you are right, there are a bunch of good folks who paddle in Arkansas.

You are also right about me ribbing you like they do on ptex - much BS as you talk over there wasn't gonna let it slide... :poke:
