WOW! At my age - you're asking me to remember something - Kim, I'll make a note and hope that I can remember where I put it :?:
BTW Richard - looks like we're in for a rain event, thanks to Ike - hope you bring your big 12X12 tent so we can stand out of the rain. I'll even help you put it up :hammer:

Thanks Bob.
I will have the 12x12 with me. I was going to arrive Friday night and stay till Sunday. The plan was to have the 12x12 set up as part of the workshop. I might still set it up but my wife is coming and with the rain likely, I will be arriving Saturday morning and leaving Saturday night.
We will be next to the Dining Hall and if need be, we will move up to the porch.

Kim, it is looking very doubtful. I may be leaving about 2pm. Thats not carved in stone but likely. Things have changed (both at home and weatherwise) considerably since I first planned to enter the cookoff. I did do a trial run of the recipe (without the Blue Moon). It takes a long time to cook and the taste gets better if it is allowed to sit overnight. I still think it is a winner but not on charcoal at this event.
So, bottom line, for me the Dutch Oven Cookoff is out. Waaaaaaaa! I was really looking forward to Spudnuts.

Waaaaaa is right! You know, I think people might pay to see you cook with beer that Emily bought!

Hmmmmm. Maybe I should bring stuff to enter for dinner then . . . .
