Cowper and I will be there. I have a bunch of bumper stickers to donate that say, "Keep Lee Free" Citizens Against Pine Mountain Dam" Let's let everyone know how much Lee Creek is appreciated and what a trajedy it would be if such a beautiful creek ended up under a lake.

ATVs are encouraged ! there are some really good ATV trails with all kinds of access to places canoes, people, and even horses don't make it.

So bring the atv. just stay on approved trails.

Most ATV'ers are gonna be coming to the silver bridge area aka 220 bridge. There are alot of trails that start there. Cedar flats is a good one too.

Since were not taking 100 + names and addresses we are gonna go with the must be present to win theme. So be sure to be at the Day Use Horse Parking Area in the west end of the park off of 220 @ 2:30.

Hey Fish, are you gonna stop by the day use horse area on your way down? If so, you can leave those shirts with me and although I think they are AWESOME. .... I promise not to give one to me :hammer: and save it for door prize time :)

and here's to cold beer

I'll drop by about 8:30 AM or so if you'll be there that early with the shirts. No problem on giving away a couple of them.

See ya there,

Sorry I couldn't make it! Have a pet to care for this weekend! Thanks to all of you out there- paddling and picking up all that nasty trash!

Lee Creek is clean! Big thanks to all who came out. I bet we had more than 40 ACC folks there. Not sure how many folks total. Sure didn't take much time to scrub that creek to a sparkle.

Beautiful day out there too! John, I am still upset I didn't win the drawing...

PS: Soafy says thanks to everyone who fed her all those hot dogs and chicken. I'm gonna need some new carpet cleaner.

Well done John Pennington and all who helped oraganize this extremely succesful event. I really dont see how it could have gone any better, it seems as if no details were left out. Like Fish said, the turn out was great and the weather was on point.

All who cleaned did an amazing job and if you went down 220 as of today, you would really have to look hard to spot any trash. Once again, thanks for putting forth the effort to make it all happen. Its pretty cool to see a group of good people get together and make things happen out of the goodness of their hearts.
Love the trees, without them we would die.
