nw chapter boatball wednesday 8/27?

Hey everyone, is anyone thinking of playing or is it canceled this week since the core group is leaving for out east soon?

I asked yesterday and everyone that I spoke to said that they would not be at boatball. I will be there if a game is going.

I was planning on being there. Am a bit hard pressed for time, but I should be able to get enough work done to be there. Who else is in?

I'm in... but I would rather not drive from Rogers & discover there isn't going to be enough people to play .... so Fish if you can make an executive decision before 5:30 p.m., based on what you are hearing from everyone, it would be appreciated.

Alright, boat's loaded and there's water coming over the dam, so better water than last week. Will we see the giant again????

Several things will have to go right for me to make it, but I'm going to try. I know where West Fork is but how do you get to Riverside Park? Thanks!

It's a mile from the West Fork Exit off 540 (Exit 53). Assuming you're coming from the north, turn left (east) off the exit and go down the hill, past the school on the right, around the right hand turn in the road and past the Pentecostal church on the left. Turn left after the church onto White Street, cross over the tracks (don't forget to stop at both stop signs!) and at the T at the end of the road, take a left onto Main Street. The park, will be about 500 ft down Main Street on your right. Look for the boats!

Sorry I couldn't make it. I got bored last week because of lack of competition and also I was busy getting stuff ready to go out east. Hope you all had good game. Wow, how could there be more water than last week without rain?

What are you talking about? It rained this weekend! Anyway, you definitely would have found zero competition this week, but there was lots of laughs and we had a great time, albeit in slow motion. We saw a gorgeous snake swimming along the rock ledge! We did miss you though. Good luck to you and everyone else out east!!!
