The cadron got over 4" of rain and it may still be rising. That means it will be muddy. I am thinking tomorrow would be better. I will pass for today but will be looking at going Friday . . . or even Saturday if the level remains above 2.5

Muddy all right!! And it's going to be real muddy for some time thanks to a number of current oil and gas exploits. Foremost, the pipeline across Batesville Mountain and Wolf Creek flats is such a large project there's not enough silt fences, riprap, or mulch to even begin to suppress the runoff. Sadly, until the pipe is laid, the trench filled in and a couple of years have gone by to allow the vegetation to recover the Cadron is going to be the "big muddy".
