The posts in this thread have been removed, because several individual posts did not meet our message board guidelines. Earlier actions to lock the thread were protested by multiple involved parties, with both sides volunteering that they felt thread removal would be more consistent with our messge board guidelines than "locking" or selective editing. Based on that feedback, that is exactly the action that has been taken. The matter will be further reviewed to insure fair and consistent application of the guidelines.
