kayak deck bungies where to buy and instlation

i need to put deck bungies on 2 perception kayaks .I think i would like the ones with the loops rather than just hooks dont seem like they would ship off like the just rap around hooks can anyone here give me information where to purchase and if anyone has iinstalled any advice would be helpfull thanks

OOO in Hot Springs has the bungie cord in bulk, they also carry the plastic loops to run the cord through. You can find just the right sized stanless steel nuts and screws to attach the loops at a store like Hm Depot. To add another suggestion;
Instead of tying a 'big ole knot', I like to use two 1/4" copper ferrules which I run the two tag ends through, spacing the ferrules about an inch or so apart then crimp and trim the ends.
