Stohlquist Alterations

Post by Zach » Fri Jan 04, 2008 2:27 pm

In case anyone else bought a Stohlquist drysuit from REI when they were on sale I thought I report that the alteration from their authorized repair center worked well.
I sent the suit out on the 18th or 19th of December (parcel post) and even with the holiday they had it sent back to me with the relief zipper installed on the 28th for $64 including shipping.

After getting it back their price list on the receipt says cloth booties can be added for $44 and legs shortened for $44 (wish I had know before hand). Maybe this summer I'll send it back for the booties and to get it made short round specific.

Who and where is the authorized repair center? My wife's dry suit needs a new zipper.
