Fixed an email issue

I recently found and fixed an issue with the forum's email config that was keeping it from sending emails out. So if you recently used the contact admin form and didn't get a response please send the message again.
This also would have prevented password reset emails from being sent out so if you needed to reset your password you should be able to so now.
