Haven't owned this for very long and hardly used. The cuda HD is a blend of the popular cuda 12 and cuda 14 lines. It's a little wider and longer, making it a great all around boat. Yes it comes with a seat and all the accessories that are standard for the cuda hd. I'm located in Southeast AR but usually in the NLR area monthly.
