This clinic is all about safety & self rescues. We go over several techniques we use for self rescues & assisted rescues while outdoors. Also safety equipment. ( Life jackets- fit, style & why. Helmets ). Then we move on to strokes & boat control.
This clinic also comes with a 15min safety talk at the end with the parents.
This is the same course we've been giving at the Jones Center this last winter & spring with a very important difference. We are OUTDOORS! Yay!!!
