February 18 Maddox Bay Upper Unit of the White River Refuge

Wetland tour at Maddox Bay near Lawrenceville. Saturday Feb. 18. The plan is to paddle from Sweats Landing to Adams Bayou and into Eagles Nest Lake. Forecast is sunny and warm and waterlevels are good, but not enough to bushwhack into Cut Bluff slough as we have done in the past. This should make for an easy scenic day of paddling. We will meet at the store in Lawrenceville; there is only one. We will rendezvous at 10:00am then go up stream to Sweats to put in.
