Central Chapter Dutch Oven Potluck- Oct.25th

Post by cate the rafter » Tue Oct 04, 2016 5:33 pm

Mark your calendars and invite a friend! The Central Chapter will gather for its annual Dutch Oven Cookout & Potluck Tuesday October 25th at the Allsop Park pavilion. Gates will open around 4pm so get there early if you like. We'll have a fire in the fire place and hopefully lots of food to share! We will eat around 7ish.

Bring your own plate and eating utensils to curb our footprint!

Always a great time! Can't wait. Maybe try out a new recipe on the crowd.

The Central Chapter fall potluck meeting is just a few days away!
Join us at the Allsop Park Pavillion this Tuesday, October 25th starting at 6ish. (Eat at 7:00 pm)

Bring a dish to share, many will be cooking right there in Dutch ovens. What a great time to trade recipes with your camp chef friends! Bring your own reusable dishes and cutlery.

Speaking of friends, this is a great meeting to invite friends and acquaintances that are interested in canoeing and kayaking. We will have a cold weather boating gear show and tell, (bring your gear to show! ) I've had several newer boaters ask what they needed to transition into the colder paddling months. This will be a great time to transfer some knowledge!
