SOLD: Mad River Outrage project

The boat comes with brand new Mike Yee outfitting that has not been installed. It has wood gunnels that have been sanded but not sealed. It has some janky patchwork done to the opposite side in the photo. This was the only photo I have of it. Wouldn't take much effort to finish, just seal and re-install the gunnels and thwarts, and install the outfitting to your preference.

definitely interested. is the patchwork on the outside if the boat, inside or thru and thru? Floor or sidewall? Does it already have outfitting? dale barton

It's in several spots on the sidewall, inside and out. It is due to expansion around the gunnel screws in cold weather. The previous owner lived up north. On the one gunnel I reinstalled, I took a dremel and elongated the holes a bit to relieve the cause of the problem. I cannot speak to how bad it was cracked because the previous owner did the patchwork. Only has a pedestal in it now, and new outfitting in a box. If I finished the boat I would probably replace the pedestal but it seems serviceable if it fits the paddler.
