Have you guys seen this innovative play spot

Hey Folks,

I follow Peter Czonka on Facebook and see this play spot often in his posts. Its a channel with a low volume flow. The locals have tuned the flow in such a way to create a very dynamic play spot.

I just wonder if there is such a spot in our Ozark region which might allow for something like this?
