Upper Buffalo Tuesday 6/30
We hear there are some tires on the Buffalo, and I just can't help but want to beat Cowper to them. Planning on leaving Little Rock by 8am with a tandem canoe, a puppy dog, and a picnic lunch. Ponca to Kyle's is the plan. Text Cate Davis 501-six2five-2747 to come along!

No tires Steel to Kyles. Someone on BOATR reported tires lower on the river.

Trip report: Woody and Maribeth Harris, Cole Mullican and I headed out from Conway about 9am yesterday. After we set shuttle at Kyle 's Landing, and had quite the flat tire episode. We limped down the mountain into Ponca on a shredded tire after realizing the spare tire was MIA. Were able to set up the tire change while we were on the river, so we ate lunch and unloaded boats. We didn't see any tires, but jumped off a rock, saw a soft shell turtle and a snake from a safe distance away(my version of a safe distance is much farther than most!) Got off the river and to Ozark Cafe for dinner before a late drive home.

I told you where the tires were, you just chose to float a different section of river! Sounds like a great trip, sorry I had to miss it.
