Lost on clear creek - stomper 80

Lost on Clear Creek just before dark tonight (6-18-15) . Red Stomper 80 kayak . My son & a couple of his buddies ran upper Clear this evening & he turned over just before the Chester Church takeout & lost his ( my ) kayak & paddle . Not even sure what paddle he had . It was a Werner but that's all I know . I'm not sure if the kayak is marked on the inside or not . If so it may have my old number , a 918 number . My number is 479-997-5382 if anyone sees this kayak .

Dang, Terry. I hope it shows up. There should be plenty of eyes out on Clear Creek and the Frog today and this weekend, if it gets down that far. (Maybe the river-wide strainer Steve's group found will stop it!)

I think it will probably be found today . Several people have responded & are on the water today . It's probably in a strainer between my house & Mountainburg but I'm in WV & can't look . A big thanks to everyone who has responded & is looking . It will probably cost me a few ( several ) beers but it's worth it & great to know so many are willing to try & help out . Saw the young men at the Ash Street bridge today. Still missing. We kept our eyes open on the Frog. Probably stuck somewhere up on Clear Creek.

They said the water was 1' over the bridge at ash creek the next day so could have went on past . Starting to lose hope now .
