Cossatot River Thursday 2 April anyone?

The Cossatot is at 3.5 feet and rising. I would like to paddle from 246 or Ed Banks road to the falls or the visitor center, depending on the level. Can meet where ever and when ever to set up shuttle. or will do the Little Missouri.
